Description
The trolley furnace is a cycle-operated electric furnace. It is primarily used for annealing and tempering heat treatments of forgings, high-manganese steel, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and various mechanical parts. This box-type furnace consists of a furnace shell, lining, trolley, heating elements, furnace door, and control cabinet.
Features
- The furnace lining is made of ultra-light, energy-saving, refractory fiber.
- The trolley lining is constructed of insulating bricks and refractory bricks for excellent insulation.
- The heating element is a U-shaped, high-resistance alloy strip installed on both sides of the furnace, the furnace door, the rear wall, and the trolley.
