Description

This equipment adopts single-roll rotating low-temperature cooling mode to produce thin ribbons, which is widely used in the production of NdFeB and hydrogen storage materials. Adopt advanced PID program regulator, automatically control quantitative pouring of metal melt, and accurately control the rotating speed of roller through frequency converter. The product has uniform thickness and good performance. The precipitation of α-Fe and amorphous is avoided in the production process of NdFeB strip, which provides guarantee for the production of high-quality NdFeB strip.
